Srinagar, Nov 20: Apni Party president Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Wednesday extended his condolences to the party’s district president for Srinagar, Mohammad Shafi Mir, on the demise of his aunt. The deceased, Saja Begum, wife of Abdul Gani Mir and a resident of Athwajan, passed away on Tuesday.
In his condolence message, Bukhari said, “I extend my deepest condolences to my colleague Mohammad Shafi Mir and the rest of the bereaved family members on the demise of his aunt. May Allah grant her the highest place in Jannah and give strength to the family to bear this loss.”
Meanwhile, the party’s provincial secretary for Kashmir and chairman of DDC Srinagar, Aftab Malik, visited the Athwajan residence of the bereaved family to express his solidarity. Malik met with the bereaved family members, expressed his grief over their profound loss, and offered his heartfelt condolences. He prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul.
