Ganderbal: Three tourists were injured after their car met with an accident and fell into a roadside river near Hung Sonamarg area of Gund in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Sunday.
Police said that a Tavera vehicle bearing registration number JK01X/4504, on its way to Srinagar from Sonamarg skidded off the road near Hung area due to a slippery road, resulting in minor injuries to three tourists.
Soon after receiving the information, police party from Sonamarg and Gagangeer reached the spot and rushed injured persons to PHC Kullan for treatment.
They have been identified as Ajit Srikant Patil (40), Samita Patil (38), Ayushi (12), residents of Pune Maharashtra
Meanwhile police have taken congnizance of the accident.
