Indian spices are known for their health benefits. In PCOS we target insulin resistance, hormone imbalance and weight management. Spices that are used in Ayurveda for the same:

•      Cinnamon, dalchini, is very effective in controlling blood sugar and improving insulin resistance. It is also known to regulate the menstrual cycle.

•      Basil, tulsi is a potent anti-inflammatory herb and is also used for anti-androgenic properties

•      Turmeric, Haldi. Curcumin in turmeric is a potent anti-inflammatory compound. It also has a positive impact on insulin resistance

•      Amla: rich in Vitamin C and also effective in controlling blood sugar level

•      Fenugreek, Methi leaves and seeds help control blood sugars, aid weight loss
