How to prepare fig and walnut spread?

The fig and walnut spread is rich in antioxidants and fibre. It is also rich in minerals like magnesium, zinc, and manganese which contribute to vitality and fertility.This spread is good for postpartum depression.
It’s rich in potassium, which negates the effect of sodium and helps in controlling blood pressure. It contains a high amount of manganese, which prevents hair fall, treat dry skin and good for male fertility. It also boosts blood vessel health, promotes a healthy gut, anti-inflammatory, good for the bones, boosts metabolism. It is also beneficial for the brain, good for digestion and induces sleep.
Ingredients used
Dry Figs: 1/2 kg
Walnuts: 150 gram
O live oil: 1 tablespoon
Black seeds (Kaloji): 1/4 teaspoon
Honey: 3 to 4 tablespoons 
How to prepare? 
 Soak figs overnight, drain all water from figs. Now squeeze them well and keep them aside.
 In a grinder, add figs and make a paste, keep it a side.
 Similarly, grind walnut kernels to powder.
 In a blow, add fig paste, walnut powder, black seeds, olive oil, honey and mix well till all the ingredients become alike in a paste form. Now store in glass jars and refrigerate it. Your Fig walnut spread is ready.
How to use it 
You can have one tablespoon with wheat chapati/paratha, with Jau ki roti (barley) or you can take one tablespoon in fasting to get the best results.
