Srinagar: In a groundbreaking effort to transform tourism in Kashmir, Webinvolve, a bootstrapped startup, has launched Maizbaan AI, an advanced AI-powered platform designed to redefine how travellers explore the region.
Touted as a game-changer, Maizbaan AI leverages artificial intelligence to offer personalized itineraries, real-time travel updates, and curated recommendations, providing a seamless and efficient way to discover the beauty of Kashmir.
Unlike traditional travel guides, Maizbaan AI acts as a dynamic, all-in-one travel assistant, continuously adapting to individual preferences. Whether travellers are adventure seekers, nature lovers, or culture enthusiasts, the platform tailors their experience, ensuring a highly customized and immersive journey.
Trained on hundreds of books, travel guides, and research papers, Maizbaan AI offers accurate, in-depth insights that go beyond the usual offerings of conventional travel agents.
The platform analyzes vast datasets to create highly personalized itineraries, highlighting not only the region’s must-see attractions but also lesser-known spots, ensuring travellers experience the full spectrum of Kashmir’s beauty. The platform also provides recommendations for curated dining experiences, premium hotels and local experiences, creating a well-rounded travel itinerary that resonates with each traveller’s unique interests.
Highlighting the platform’s advanced capabilities, Jasim Muzamil, CEO of Webinvolve, said that Maizbaan AI is not just a travel planning tool but a complete tourism ecosystem. “We have designed Maizbaan AI to provide travellers with an intelligent and seamless way to explore Kashmir. Unlike generic travel platforms, it evolves with the traveller, offering real-time recommendations based on preferences, location and live travel conditions,” he explained.
Beyond assisting travellers, Maizbaan AI is also designed to streamline the workflow for travel agents. The platform allows agents to create custom travel packages in minutes, significantly reducing the time required from several hours to just minutes. By automating itinerary planning and providing data-driven insights, Maizbaan AI enhances both efficiency and customer satisfaction for agencies.
“We aimed to create a solution that benefits not only travellers but also the local economy by providing businesses with an innovative digital platform,” added Muzamil.
Currently in its beta phase, Maizbaan AI is set for a full launch in March, accompanied by a dedicated mobile app. The platform will integrate real-time updates from various sources, including weather and traffic departments, as well as local enforcement agencies. This will ensure that travellers have access to up-to-date information on road conditions, weather forecasts, and travel advisories.
The platform will be available in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, and Kashmiri, making it accessible to a diverse range of users. Additionally, an offline mode is in development to cater to travellers in areas with limited connectivity, allowing them to access essential travel information without an internet connection
In addition to the travel platform, Webinvolve plans to introduce an API that will allow local businesses to integrate Maizbaan AI’s capabilities into their services. The company is also venturing into the agritech sector, developing AI-driven tools to help farmers optimize their operations with data-driven insights.
“Our next focus is agriculture. We plan to create AI-driven tools that provide farmers with data-driven insights to help enhance their yields,” Muzamil said.
