Special Lok Adalat held at Bandipora

The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Bandipora under the Aegis of JK Legal Services Authority Saturday held a Special Lok Adalat On Bank Cases.

The Lok Adalat was supervised by Pr. District & Session Judge Bandipora, Amit Sharma who is also chairman DLSA Bandipora. Secretary DLSA, Bandipora Nusrat Ali Hakak was also present on the occasion.

During the adalat, a total of 02 Benches were constituted that took up as many as 28 cases, out of which 5 Cases were settled as disposed, 23 were disposed as unsettled. A total sum of 25,50,000/- was awarded to the aggrieved parties by settlement during the said Lok Adalat.
