Srinagar, Jan 13: The Division of Food Science & Technology at SKUAST-Kashmir organized a “highly successful” placement drive for its students.
Banday Impex Private Ltd., a renowned food industry in Jammu & Kashmir, conducted the campus placement drive, attracting exceptionally talented candidates specializing in food technology from SKUAST-K students, the university said in a statement.
Represented by Tasveer Rizwi and her team, Banday Impex Private Ltd., known for its innovation and commitment to quality, announced the placement of nine Ph.D. Food Technology scholars from SKUAST-K in various research and development roles within their organization. The successful candidates were not only praised for their academic achievements but also their innovative thinking and potential contributions to the company’s growth.
Prof Nazir Ahmad Ganaie, the Vice-Chancellor of SKUAST-K, congratulated Prof Syed Zameer Hussain, the Head of the Division of Food Science & Technology, for organizing such an impactful event. He also commended the students of Food Sciences Technology for securing placements in the industry.
