Srinagar, Aug 10: In a solemn and heartfelt gesture, employees of the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC) came together to hold a condolence meeting today. The purpose of the gathering was to express their deep condolences to Syed Abid Rashid Shah IAS, the Secretary of Tourism and Culture, on the passing of his father, Syed Abdul Rashid Shah.
Syed Abdul Rashid Shah, father of Secretary Syed Abid Rashid Shah, breathed his last on Wednesday, leaving behind a legacy of memories and a void that will be deeply felt by his family and friends. In this time of grief, the SKICC employees joined hands to offer their prayers and support to the bereaved family.
During the condolence meeting, the SKICC employees expressed their heartfelt sympathies to Secretary Syed Abid Rashid Shah and his family. They collectively prayed for the departed soul to find eternal peace in heavenly abode and for patience and strength for the family members to cope with the loss.
The SKICC family also recited Fateha, a special prayer for the deceased, in remembrance of Syed Abdul Rashid Shah. The atmosphere was filled with a sense of unity and compassion as employees shared their memories and paid their respects.
