Srinagar, Aug 16: Awami Itihaad Party (AIP) delegation led by State Secretary Sheikh Ashiq on Saturday visited prominent community and political figures to offer condolences on recent bereavements.The delegation, comprising AIP Finance Secretary Parvez Bhat, expressed deep sorrow over the demise of the mother of Moulana Mohammad Rahmatullah Qasmi, the founder of Darul Uloom Rahimiya. The members extended prayers for peace to the departed soul and acknowledged Moulana Qasmi’s contributions to religious education and social harmony.In a separate condolence visit, the delegation met Prince Parvaiz, AIP General Secretary, to offer sympathies on the passing of his nephew. The members conveyed heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the grieving family.
