‘Several youngsters from Shopian join Apni Party’

Srinagar, July 17: A large number of youngsters from south Kashmir’s Shopian district joined Apni Party on Monday during an event organised at the party headquarters here.
On the occasion, prominent party leaders, including Vice President Zaffar Iqbal Manhas, General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir, and State Secretary Muntazir Mohiuddin, among others, gave a warm welcome to the new entrants and apprised them about the party’s pro-people agenda and policies, the party said in a statement.
“They told the joiners that the Apni Party is striving for peace, prosperity, and the development of Jammu and Kashmir, as well as the political and economic empowerment of its people. The leaders hoped that the joining of youth would further strengthen the party cadre in their respective areas in Shopian,” the statement said. “They assured the new entrants that the entire party leadership would support them when they were out there serving the people in their respective areas.”
The new entrants, according to the statement, included Ghulam Mohammad Mir, Mohammad Sidiq Khan, Mohammad Abrar, Shahid Ahmad, Mohammad Amin Mir, Mohammad Shareef, Aqib Mir, Ali Jan, Abid Hussain, Asif Ahmad, Inayat Mushtaq, Tariq Ahmad Mir, Riyaz Ahmad Mir, Showket Ahmad Mir, Wasim Ahmad Mir, Aijaz Ahmad Mir, Mohammad Sameer Malik, Muzaffar Ahmad Mir, Mushtaq Ahmad Chopan, Khurshid Ahmad Dar, Muzaffar Ahmad Mir, Azad Ahmad Mir, Aijaz Ahmad Mir, and others.
