Srinagar, May 19: National Conference (NC) General Secretary and Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Khanyar, Ali Mohammad Sagar on Monday toured the Khanyar constituency to assess essential amenities, utility services and the progress of ongoing development projects.
During his visit to the Khanyar assembly segment, Sagar inspected the Maharaj Gunj area, where he evaluated the progress of several key initiatives. These include the establishment of a Fire and Emergency Services station, as well as the repair and renovation of the revered Hazrat Bulbul Shah (RA) and the Syed Muhammad Amin Mantaqi Owaisi (RA) Shrines.
The NC leader monitored the macadamization process in surrounding areas, ensuring that infrastructure improvements were on track, a statement issued here said.
The MLA engaged with concerned authorities to discuss funding feasibility for the under-construction M R Gunj Hospital and addressed pressing issues related to water supply in the region. He paid respects at the Syed Muhammad Amin Mantaqi Owaisi (RA) Shrine, where he offered prayers for enduring peace and prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir.
