Ladakh, Dec 30: The Government has sanctioned Rs1351.87 crore for infrastructure development through the Comprehensive Road Infrastructure Fund (CRIF) Scheme. This strategic allocation, approved for the financial year 2023-24, underscores Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for the region.
Nitin Gadkari’s instrumental role in securing ₹1170.16 Crore for 29 road projects and ₹181.71 Crore for 8 bridge projects reflects a commitment to enhancing Ladakh’s connectivity and accessibility. These vital investments are poised to stimulate economic growth in sectors like agriculture and tourism.
