Rs 1351 cr allocated for Ladakh’s infrastructure advancement

Ladakh, Dec 30: The Government has sanctioned Rs1351.87 crore for infrastructure development through the Comprehensive Road Infrastructure Fund (CRIF) Scheme. This strategic allocation, approved for the financial year 2023-24, underscores Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for the region.
Nitin Gadkari’s instrumental role in securing ₹1170.16 Crore for 29 road projects and ₹181.71 Crore for 8 bridge projects reflects a commitment to enhancing Ladakh’s connectivity and accessibility. These vital investments are poised to stimulate economic growth in sectors like agriculture and tourism.
Expressing gratitude, Haji Anayat Ali lauded PM Modi for his guidance and support, while also appreciating Nitin Gadkari for the sanctioned funds.
