Rana reviews progress on PARNAI Hydroelectric Project

Jammu, Nov 28: Minister for Jal Shakti, Javed Ahmed Rana on Thursday reviewed progress on pending works of the Parnai Hydroelectric Project here at the Civil Secretariat.
Project Manager, Parnai Hydroelectric Project, Sandeep Agan apprised the Minister of project progress and challenges.
The minister called for strict adherence to timelines for the completion of the project and directed the project manager to get all issues hampering the completion of the project resolved at the earliest.
Rana asked him to explore innovative use of discharged water for lift irrigation and drinking water facilities in adjoining areas.
