Senior IAS officer of AGMUT-J&K cadre RK Goyal posted as Secretray in Government of India.
As per the official communication, the appointments committee of the cabinet (ACC) on saturday approved the appointment of R K Goyal as Secretary, Department of Border Management, Ministry of Home Affairs.
Pertinent to mention, Goyal is 1990 batch IAS officer and was posted as Additional Chief Secretary Home J&K.
