Srinagar, Dec 11: Qazi Irfan Wednesday took over charge of Regional Transport Officer (RTO) of Kashmir.
After assuming charge, he chaired an introductory meeting with employees to review the overall functioning of the office. He emphasized the importance of teamwork and cooperation in delivering public services, urging officers to collaborate and maintain high coordination levels to boost work efficiency.
