Srinagar, Feb 13: Faizan Shabir is a sqay martial player and has been playing the game since 2016.So far, he has won dozens of gold medals and trophies.
“I am 7 times national gold medalist and 3 times international gold medalist and winner of wizard Hunt Season 1 in the sports category,” Shabir said.
In a recent national championship at Bhagwati Nagar Jammu,he bagged a gold medal. “It was a very proud moment for me because I am playing this game as my ambition and it was the reward of my hardwork.”It was in the recent National Championship;he was selected for the South Asian Championship at Kathmandu Nepal.
The 7th South Asian Championship was held at National Stadium Kirtipur Kathmandu Nepal from 3rd to 5th Feb where he also bagged a gold medal. “Winning this gold medal was a different feeling as I was representing my nation and making my country proud. My joy knew no bounds when I won the gold medal for my country and now, I have also been selected for the Asian championship.”
