A lineman of the Power Development Department sustain a couple of burn injuries after he received an electric shock at Manzgam here in Kulgam district on Friday evening.
He has been identified as Mohd Ramzan Ahangar son of Gh Nabi Ahangar, a resident of Manzgam.
Abdul Lateef, his colleague told Rising Kashmir that Ahangar was repairing an electric wire when he received the electric shock.
“We took him to district hospital Kulgam where from he has been referred to SKIMS Srinagar,” he said.
