Udhampur, Dec 19: Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) on Monday hailed security agencies and local administration for launching a decisive attack to wipe out terrorism from the UT.
BJP spokesperson and former legislator RS Pathania hailed the chain of actions and reactions given by the security agencies as well as local administration of J&K and said that there needs to be a no-holds-barred campaign against terrorists, their supporters and terror finance channels.
He said India’s fight against terror is entering a decisive and a last phase where India will ultimately emerge victorious. “Terror has become an international tabboo now. There is an international consensus against on terror. Diplomatically India has been able to do it and on the domestic side too,” he hailed various actions, raids, property attachments, professionalism of operations and other that being done by the UT administration.
He said the more scientific and committed exercises by the security agencies have instilled a sense of faith amongst the people of J&K.
Pathania further sought an inquiry into as to how the lists having posting details of various PM package employees have been leaked out by some mischievous elements on the social media.
He called for ensuring a fullest and fool proof security measures for these employees. “Providing security to its citizens especially these employees should be the prime and paramount consideration of the government”.
The BJP spokesperson also took a dig over congress party whose and alleged that JKPCC chief has come under scanner for issuing a fake identity card to a dreaded militant.
“We cannot follow an ostrich like policy, bury your heads in sand and wait for one day when terrorists will themselves run across the border,” he said adding that India needs to act and assert its fight against terror needs to be done with all ploys, channels, efforts and endeavors
He also informed and sensitised the people about the massive organisational programme being carried out in Udhampur East assembly constituency on the eve of ‘Sushasan Divas’ and called upon the party cadres as well as the booth level incharges to ensure that minimum ten people per booth should reach at the specified venue with a view to making the programme on 25th December a grand success.
Pathania elaborated in detail that first of all PM’s ‘Mann ki baat’ shall be heard by all the karyakartas on community basis. “More so, Saral App download shall also be performed which needs to be downloaded by each and every party cadres and Sushasan Divas that is tribute to Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji shall also be celebrated with a view to reaffirming the resolve of the party to ensure that good governance is the gospel and cherished ideal of the party”.
