Srinagar, Apr 23: In the aftermath of the Pahalgam terror attack that occurred on Tuesday, the Gulmarg Traders Association has set up stalls at the Gulmarg offering complimentary food, juice, water, and tea to visitors.

The General Secretary of the association condemned the incident that resulted in the loss of several lives and affected local residents.

He emphasized the importance of the tourism industry as a vital component of the Kashmir Valley’s economy and stated their commitment to supporting tourists during this challenging time.

He remarked that many locals rely on tourism for their livelihoods and view tourists as family members and guests deserving care and support.

Tourists from Mumbai, Delhi, and Haryana shared their feelings of helplessness following the attack but expressed gratitude for the food stalls established by the association, which provided them with essential support and comfort during their visit.
