Srinagar, May 24: Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah have extended profound sympathies and condolences to the party’s senior leader Mubarak Gul on the demise of his brother-in-law, Muhammad Bhat of Rajouri Kadal. The duo prayed for peace to the departed soul and fortitude to the bereaved household.
Meanwhile, Dr Farooq Abdullah visited the bereaved household at their residence in Rajouri Kadal. Joined by party functionaries, he offered fatiha for the deceased and prayed for peace to the departed soul in the highest echelons of Jannat.
Among others, the party’s General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Additional General Secretary Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, Treasurer Shami Oberoi, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, Chief Spokesperson Tanvir Sadiq, Political Advisor to VP Mudassar Shahmiri, Political Advisor to President Mushtaq Guroo, Senior leaders AM Rathar, Choudhary Muhammad Ramzan, Sharief Ud Din Shariq, Mian Altaf Ahmad have also extended sympathies with the bereaved Bhat and Gul families.
Treasurer Shammi Oberoi, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani and District President Kupwara Qaisar Jamsheed Lone accompanied the party president on the condolence visit. Senior leader Mubarak Gul, youth leader Younis Mubarak Gul and GM Mir Saqi were also present on the occasion.
