Jammu, Apr 08: Prime Minister NarendraModidelivered a fervent address at Chandrapur, Maharashtra, captivating the hearts and minds of the gathered crowd, in Maharashtra’s Chandrapur. In a rousing display of leadership and convictionagainst the backdrop of the looming LokSabha elections, Modi underscored the critical importance of each citizen’s vote in shaping the nation’s destinyand emphasized the importance of stability and development while urging support for the BJP-NDA candidates in the upcoming LokSabha elections.
“In this crucial juncture of our democracy, your vote holds immense power,” remarked Modi, his voice resounding with passion and purpose. “On April 19 and April 26, let us come together in unprecedented numbers to cast our votes, not just as individuals, but as guardians of our nation’s future.”
Speaking at a public meeting, PM Modi highlighted the progress made in various sectors and called for continued efforts towards the betterment of the nation.
In a fiery address, Prime Minister NarendraModi launched a scathing critique against the Congress party, likening it to the bitter taste of fried bitter gourd that remains unchanged despite attempts to alter its flavour.
“Congress is much like the bitter gourd, fails to improve or change its divisive policies, leading to a loss of public support across the nation,” he added.
Modi further denounced the Congress for its stance on Kashmir, emphasizing its integral significance to the entirety of India. He invoked historical figures such as ChhatrapatiShivajiMaharaj and LokmanyaTilak, emphasizing their unwavering commitment to the unity of India, regardless of regional affiliations.
Recalling the late Balasaheb Thackeray’s outspoken stance against Congress during the Kashmiri Pandits’ crisis, Modi praised the continuation of Thackeray’s legacy by EknathShinde and his party, affirming their dedication to preserving national unity.
“When Kashmir was engulfed in the fire of terrorism, Kashmiri Pandits’ houses were being burned, then the late Balasaheb Thackeray openly came out against the Congress. At that time, Balasaheb Thackeray did not think that if there is a fire in Kashmir, what is the connection of the people of Maharashtra?,” he added
Modi didn’t shy away from addressing the stark realities of the political landscape, particularly the challenges posed by the opposition. With poignant eloquence, he delved into the historical complexities of issues such as the Kashmir conflict and the Ayodhya Ram Mandir dispute, invoking the nation’s collective memory.
“Kashmir, the crown jewel of our nation, has been marred by decades of turmoil and unrest,” Modi solemnly declared, his words carrying the weight of history. “It is imperative that we stand united in safeguarding the integrity and sovereignty of our beloved land.”
Amidst thunderous applause, Modi lauded the BJP-NDA candidates Ashok Nete and Sudhir for their unwavering commitment to the region’s progress. “Their tireless efforts have transformed the landscape of development in Chandrapur and beyond,” affirmed Modi, his words resonating with the crowd. “Supporting them is not just a vote for change, but a vote for the promise of a brighter tomorrow.”
Drawing attention to the Congress manifesto, Modi highlighted its language resembling that of the Muslim League, raising concerns about its acceptance among the populace. He questioned whether the country would tolerate such divisive rhetoric, hinting at potential talks of partition and separatism, particularly in South India.
Reflecting on the contrasting visions of stability and instability in the upcoming elections, PM Modi contrasted the BJP-NDA’s commitment to decisive action for the country’s progress with the Congress and INDI Alliance’s focus on self-serving interests. He emphasized the need for a stable government, citing Maharashtra’s experience of neglect under previous regimes.
“From the Kashmir conflict to the Ayodhya Ram Mandir dispute, our nation has grappled with challenges that threaten our unity and integrity,” declared Modi, his voice echoing with conviction. “The Congress party, in particular, has a long history of stoking communal tensions and obstructing development.”
Reflecting on Maharashtra’s remarkable journey of progress, Modi celebrated the state’s triumphs over adversity, particularly in combatting the scourge of Naxalism in regions like Gadchiroli. “Our resolve to root out extremism and usher in a new era of peace and prosperity has never been stronger,” proclaimed Modi, his voice resolute with determination.
“In unity lies our strength, in resilience lies our victory,” declared Modi, his voice echoing across the expanse. “Together, let us march forward, hand in hand, towards a tomorrow filled with boundless possibilities and untold opportunities.”
Addressing the diverse audience gathered in Chandrapur, Maharashtra, Prime Minister NarendraModi struck a chord with the country’s marginalized communities, underscoring the transformative impact of his government’s policies. With fervor and conviction, Modi emphasized his humble origins, born into a modest family, and his unwavering commitment to uplift the downtrodden.
“Today, the Dalits, backward classes, tribals, and poor of our nation consider the Modi government as their own,” declared Modi, his voice resolute with purpose. “I stand before you not as a product of privilege, but as a testament to the power of perseverance and dedication.”
Modi’s words resonated deeply as he recounted the struggles of millions living on the margins, deprived of basic amenities like shelter, electricity, and education. “Our government has pledged to bring about a paradigm shift in the lives of the oppressed,” affirmed Modi, his resolve unwavering. “We haveendeavored to provide housing, clean cooking fuel, and sanitation facilities to those who need it the most.”
Highlighting the monumental strides made in healthcare and agriculture, Modi celebrated the empowerment of the farming community and the marginalized sections of society. “More than 50 crore impoverished individuals now have access to free healthcare up to Rs 5 lakh,” announced Modi, his words resonating with hope. “The Farmer Honour Fund is channeling support to the small and vulnerable farmers, transforming their lives for the better.”
PM Modi highlighted the transformative initiatives undertaken by the government for the development of Maharashtra and Vidarbha, reinstating schemes and projects that had been stalled by previous administrations. He praised the efforts of Chief Minister EknathShinde, Deputy Chief Minister DevendraFadnavis, and others in driving development and ensuring progress in the region.
