Commissioner Secretary, Rural Development Department and Panchayati Raj, Mandeep Kour, today presided over a Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) program and chaired a Public Darbar at Higher Secondary School in Magam.
On the occasion, the Commissioner Secretary inspected stalls, installed by different departments to showcase their products and raise awareness generation regarding different schemes and flagship initiatives.
After taking stock of activities being conducted through the VBSY Van, the Commissioner Secretary also administered Sankalp pledge to the officers and other participants on the occasion.
While addressing the public darbar, the Commissioner Secretary also listened to the general public, PRIs and senior citizens from different wards and Panchayats of Magam and other blocks of Budgam, who raised their issues and demands for redressal.
