Lieutenant Governor Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha on Sunday Congratulated Srinagar Smart City on receiving “Award of Excellence in Urban Transport” by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs as City with Best Non-Motorized Transport System.
CEO Srinagar Smart City Owais Ahmed received “Award of Excellence in Urban Transport” at 17th Urban Mobility India Awards for having Best Non-Motorized Transport System.
In a post on X, LG Sinha wrote, “Kudos @sclsrinagar on receiving “Award of Excellence in Urban Transport” by @MoHUA_India as City with Best Non-Motorized Transport System. SSCL’s efforts made Srinagar a model of eco-friendly urban development, reaffirming its commitment to sustainable mobility & quality of life.”
