Srinagar, June 20: Khyber Cement has been recognised with a series of prestigious accolades during the 34th Mines and Mineral Conservation Week, organised by the Indian Bureau of Mines for the Dehradun region. The awards reaffirm Khyber Cement’s position as a frontrunner in responsible mining and industrial leadership.
The company secured four awards: first prize for Mineral Conservation, first prize for Reclamation and Rehabilitation, third prize for Sustainable Development, and third prize for Overall Performance.

These awards were received by Mr. Riaz Tramboo, Director of Operations at Khyber Cement, and Mr. Myser Ahmed Khan, Chief of Mines at Khyber Cement, both of whom have played a pivotal role in aligning Khyber Cement’s operations with the highest benchmarks of excellence.
