Kashmir’s hospitality admirable: Netherland Envoy

Srinagar, May 24: Emphasizing the firm belief in India’s influential role on the global stage, Netherlands envoy Joyce on Wednesday said that they expect positive outcomes from the G20 summit.
Joyce stated that they had great hopes for the G20 Summit in response to India’s outstanding preparations while speaking with journalists at Srinagar’s Poloview Market. 
Joyce conveyed profound appreciation for the government’s meticulous preparations saying that the arrangements made by the government during their stay in Srinagar were truly exceptional.
Enthralled by the timeless charm of Kashmir, Joyce expressed deep admiration for the valley, describing its hospitality admirable.
Appreciating the local craftsmanship and the cultural treasures found in the Polo View market, the Netherlands envoy purchased a Pashmina scarf and pillow cover.
 
 
 
PM Modi’s active role in G20 beneficial for all countries’: Mexican envoy
Expressed dedication to fully engaging in the G20 summit, Mexican envoy on Wednesday said that the G20 remains a top priority for Mexico and they are committed to participating in these events to the fullest extent possible.
Talking to reporters on the sidelines of a visit to Poloview market in Srinagar, Mexican envoy emphasized their country’s readiness to seize the opportunities presented by the G20 summit, remarking, “Mexico is fully committed to participating in these events and contributing to fruitful discussions and collaborations.”
While acknowledging Prime Minister Modi’s active role in the G20 summit, the ambassador said that his engagement signifies India’s commitment to fostering global cooperation and addressing shared challenges. It is a positive step toward achieving mutual benefits for all participating nations.
“Prime Minister Modi’s active role in the G20 summit will not only benefit India but also other countries. It signifies India’s dedication to fostering global cooperation and addressing shared challenges”, he added
 
 
 
 
Impressed by India’s vision to promote international tourism in Kashmir: Spainish Envoy
Expressing admiration for the Indian government’s impressive plans to promote international tourism in Kashmir, Spain’s Envoy on Wednesday said that he is impressed by India’s vision of attracting foreign tourists to Kashmir.
The Spanish envoy expressed his admiration for India’s vision to encourage foreign tourism in Kashmir to media as he was leaving Poloview Market in Srinagar. He said the area offers an enticing draw to tourists from all over the world and has everything one could possibly need for an extraordinary travel experience. 
While highlighting the importance of cultural exchange and its role in strengthening bilateral ties, the Spainish envoy said that cultural exchange plays a crucial role in fostering stronger relationships between nations.
“We and India have a history of collaboration, with numerous projects exchanged over the years. Bollywood filmmakers have found inspiration in the picturesque landscapes of Spain”, he added.
Expressing delight at the culinary experience, the  envoy enthusiastically said that they are thrilled with the delectable Kashmiri delicacies provided. “The rich flavors and culinary heritage of the region were showcased through these delightful dishes, adding an extra charm to our visit”.
On being asked about the future of Kashmir as a tourist destination, the envoy said that it is evident that Kashmir has immense potential as it offers captivating natural beauty, cultural richness, and unique experiences. It’s a destination that cannot be excluded from one’s travel list, he said.
The Spain envoy extended gratitude for the warm hospitality extended during their visit and expressed eagerness to strengthen collaborations between Spain and India in the realm of tourism.
In a tweet French Envoy Emmanuel Lenain said that, “We thank the Indian presidency for the excellent organisation of the #G20 3rd Tourism Working Group Meeting in #Srinagar which led to very productive discussions. France participates actively in all @g20org tracks.
