J&K CARROM ASSOCIATION TO ORGANISE UT LEVEL CHAMPIONSHIP on Feb 27, 28

Srinagar, Feb 19: The Jammu & Kashmir Carrom Association, in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council, is organizing the UT Level Carrom Championship 2024-25 under the initiative “My Youth, My Pride.” The event is scheduled to take place on February 27 and 28 at Sher-e-Kashmir Indoor Sports Complex, Wazir Bagh, Srinagar.
This championship aims to promote carrom across every corner of Jammu & Kashmir and provide a platform for young and talented players to showcase their skills. The Association invites schools, colleges, and institutions to submit the entries of their best carrom players in the prescribed format, including: Name, Parentage, Gender, Date of Birth, Address, District and Contact Number.
Additionally, players who have secured positions in their respective district-level tournaments are advised to report to the association for further participation.
The Jammu & Kashmir Carrom Association is committed to fostering and expanding the sport in the region, encouraging youth participation, and ensuring greater representation at higher levels of competition.
