Srinagar, Jan 28: The Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering and Winter Sports reached new heights of success on Sunday, concluding the highly challenging Natural Ice Wall Climbing Competition in the breathtaking locale of Pahalgam. Colonel Hem Chandra Singh, the esteemed Principal of the institute, commended the enthusiastic participation of Jammu and Kashmir’s youth in this demanding event.
Addressing the participants, Colonel Singh expressed his pride in the local youth’s dedication to adventure sports and announced plans to organize more thrilling activities in the picturesque Kashmir region in the future. Zeeshan Mushtaq, a native of Srinagar, emerged as the fastest climber, showcasing exceptional skill and determination. Mudasir Ahmad Malik closely followed, displaying remarkable prowess in the competition.
