The investiture ceremony, marking the completion of four years of exemplary services of Educators at Aarifeen School of Excellence was held on Saturday. On this occasion five Educators, completing 4 years of service, were investitured to the rank of Senior Educators by the Inversturing Authority of the ceremony – Chairman Management Board. Members of the management and staffers were also present on the occasion.

Educators who participated in the event, which was held in the school’s main auditorium, were conferred with a certificate of investiture, a momento, and a certificate of success. The ASE Management Board thanked the educators for their hard work and commitment.

The Chairman of Aarifeen School of Excellence noted that educators have made outstanding contributions to society, education, and the school.

“I would like to take this opportunity to send my sincere congratulations to the amazing educators who have demonstrated passion for both teaching and learning, excellence in their job, and innovation. In challenging circumstances, the educators put forth their best individual efforts.,” he added.

Earlier in the event, the senior educators took an oath to perform their duties in accordance with ideals on whose basis school was created, viz Ethics, Education and Excellence.

On this occasion, a number of new incentives were announced for the welfare of the educators including leave travel concession allowance (LTC), medical health insurance (MHI), travel allowances (TA), annual upgradation allowance (AUA), cafeteria allowance, uniform allowance, telephone allowance, day care allowance, and other allowances.

“We all educators, staffers and management members have to keep in mind that the ultimate mission and vision transcends the material means and requirements, small boundaries and desires. It is important for us to imbibe the real mission and vision of the school,” Chairman ASE further added.

Later on, the educators shared the experience of their last four years with the rest of the staffers.
