Jammu, Aug 13: The full dress rehearsals for celebration of 79th Independence Day 2025 held across all the districts of Jammu Division with patriotic fervour, enthusiasm and spirit of unity in diversity.
At Jammu: In preparation for the 79th Independence Day celebrations, a full dress rehearsal was today conducted at MAM Stadium, Jammu, with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour. The rehearsal demonstrated the readiness and coordination of all participating contingents ahead of the main Independence Day function.The Deputy Commissioner Rakesh Minhas hoisted the National Flag and inspected the ceremonial parade.
At Udhampur: Additional Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Prem Singh, today took the salute at an impressive march past during the full dress rehearsal for the 79th Independence Day celebrations held at Government PG Degree College Boys, Udhampur.
At Kathua: The Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kathua, Surinder Mohan Sharma, presided over the Full Dress Rehearsal of the 79th Independence Day celebrations held at Sports Stadium Kathua.Army, Forest Protection Force, Home Guards, NCC Cadets and students from various schools.
At Doda: The district Doda witnessed a spectacular display of patriotism and cultural pride as the grand Full Dress Rehearsal for the upcoming Independence Day 2025 was held at the Sports Stadium Doda. Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Doda, Anil Kumar Thakur took the salute of the Tricolour.
At Bhaderwah, the Full Dress Rehearsal was held at the New Bus Stand Kotli, where Tehsildar Bhaderwah, Kamal Preet Singh, unfurled the Tricolour and took the salute at an impressive march past by contingents of JK Armed Police, NCC Senior Division, NCC Junior Division Boys and Girls Higher Secondary School Bhaderwah, and local schools.
At Reasi: The full dress rehearsal for the 79th Independence Day celebrations was today held at the General Zorawar Singh Sports Stadium, Reasi.
At Ramban: The Full Dress Rehearsal for the 79th Independence Day celebrations was held with great patriotic fervor at the District Police Lines, Ramban. Additional Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Varunjeet Singh Charak, hoists the National Flag and took the salute from the parade contingents.
At Kishtwar: The District Kishtwar witnessed a vibrant and well-coordinated full dress rehearsal today at Chowgan Ground, ahead of the Independence Day 2025 celebrations.
At Poonch: Additional Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Tahir Mustafa took salute and hoisted National Flag on occasion of Full dress rehearsal regarding Independence Day Celebrations at Sports Stadium Poonch.
At Samba: In a vibrant prelude to the nation’s 79th Independence Day, the Samba district today witnessed an impressive full-dress rehearsal under the overall supervision of Deputy Commissioner Samba, Ayushi Sudan.
At Rajouri: The full dress rehearsal was held ahead of the Independence Day celebrations. The event was organised at the District Police Line, where Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Mohd Jhangir Khan hoisted the National Flag and took salute to the March past.
