The projects under this transmission plan (including the Grid Station at Padder) are being implemented in a phased manner, depending on load growth and technical feasibility.
The house was informed that as per the current guidelines issued by the Ministry of Pow-er/Tariff Policy, projects costing above the threshold limits set by JERC could be executed through the TBCB mode.
“Based on JERC regulations (₹100 crore fixed as the threshold limit), the most suitable mode for the above transmission project is being examined, and a final decision will be taken based on the present price level of the project,” the reply said.
