Hakeem welcomes restoration of Nov academic session

Srinagar, Oct 30: Chairman of the People’s Democratic Front (PDF), Hakeem Yaseen has welcomed the J&K Cabinet’s decision to restore the November academic session for schools in the Kashmir division and the winter zone of Jammu, specifically for up to class 9.
Yaseen in a statement described this decision as a fulfillment of a long-standing demand from affected parents and students. He expressed hope that the government led by Omar Abdullah would address the aspirations of the people in line with the promises made during the election campaign.
