Srinagar, Apr 07: Former Vice President of Municipal Committee Watargam Rafiabad, Mehrajudin Ahmad, along with his supporters, joined the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Monday.
During a youth interaction programme held at Behrampora, Rafiabad, the PDP leader and contesting candidate from Rafiabad, Altaf Malik welcomed the new entrants into the party fold. He urged party workers to strengthen the PDP at the grassroots level and to remain prepared for the upcoming municipal and panchayat elections, whenever they are held.
While interacting with the media on the sidelines of the function, Altaf Malik said people, especially the youth, are embracing the vision and mission of the PDP.
