Baramulla, Jan 11: SSP Baramulla Amod Ashok Nagpure on Wednesday directed the police officers to ensure the security of minorities and PRI members.
Chairing an interaction meeting with SDPOs, In-Charge PCs, SHOs and In-Charge PPs of this north Kashmir district, SSP Baramulla stressed upon the officers to work with zeal and professionalism while dealing with all aspects of policing.
It was stressed upon all participants to enhance police public relations and deal firmly with anti-national and anti-social elements.
While reviewing the security scenario of the district, Nagpure stressed on the effective investigation of cases and their disposal, especially NDPS/ULA(P) and other heinous crime cases. The participating officers appraised the chairing officers about their areas of jurisdiction and assignments.
Among others, the meeting was attended by ASP Baramulla R K Parihar, DySP DAR DPL Baramulla Peerzada Aijaz Ahmad.
