An encounter has started between terrorists and security forces in village Jopher area of Ramnagar in Udhampur district.
Officials said that contact was established with the terrorists when police and security forces launched cordon and search operation in Jopher village.
A top police officer said that two to three terrorists are believed to be trapped.
Till this report was being filed intermittent exchange of fire was going on.
