Srinagar, Feb 28: In an effort to streamline the resolution process for e-challan grievances, a dedicated “Grievance Redressal Cell” has been established at Traffic Police Office Rural Kashmir, housed in the old PCR building within the PCR complex Batamaloo, Srinagar.
According to an order in order ensure timely redressal of e-challaning grievances a “Grievance Redressal Cell” under the supervision of Shri Ravinder Pal Singh, SSP Traffic Rural Kashmir is functional six days a week at Traffic Police Office Rural Kashmir, old PCR building, PCR complex Batamaloo
Srinagar.
Motorists/ drivers, having issues/ grievances related to e-challans executed against them across the jurisdiction of Traffic Rural Kashmir can file their grievances or can in person visit Traffic Police Office Rural Kashmir, from 14.00 hours to
16.00 hours every Monday to Saturday.
This initiative aims to enhance efficiency and accessibility in addressing e-challan related concerns, ensuring prompt redressal for affected individuals across Rural Kashmir.
With a structured mechanism in place, authorities are committed to facilitating smoother interactions between motorists and the traffic enforcement system, fostering greater trust and cooperation within the community.
