A driver of a truck was found dead in mysterious circumstances on Saturday in the Dalwach Qazigund area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
A police official said, the deceased driver has been identified as Tarsem Lal son of Mashu Ram of Kathua. He was found dead in a mysterious condition.
For medico-legal formalities he was taken to a nearby hospital, an official said.
A case has been registered in this regard and further action under section 174 CrPC has been initiated at police station Qazigund, he added.
