A driver lost his life while another person was injured in a road accident on Jammu-Rajouri highway in Jammu division.
An official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that a Maruti eco bearing registration number Jk11E-3029 on its way from Jammu to Rajouri when reached near Thalka, driver lost control the vehicle got skidded off the road resulting in the death of the driver.Advertisement
He has been identified as Zabeer Ahmed (20) son of Mohd Akram resident of Rajouri.He said that the other person namely Wajid Hussain Shah (25) son of Farzan Hussain Shah also got minor injuries who has been hospitalized.
He added that the body is being shifted to SDH Nowshera for legal formalities while further investigation has been taken up.
