Jammu, Aug 03: Chairperson of the Jammu & Kashmir Waqf Board and Minister of State, Dr Syed Darakhshan Andrabi, on Sunday visited various Sufi shrines in Jammu to review ongoing developmental works and assess future projects.She inspected infrastructure improvements at the Parking-cum-Office Complex near the DC Office Jammu and visited several shrines, including Ziarat Peer Baba Panj Peer Manda, Hazrat Peer Baba Shahenshah Wali at Ustad Mohalla, Peer Baba Ilahi Baksh Bakshi Nagar, and Peer Baba Chautala Sahib Bari Brahmana Samba, the Board said in a statement issued here.During her visits, Dr Andrabi paid obeisance at these holy sites and evaluated the facilities available to devotees. She emphasised the importance of completing all projects on time and directed officials to upgrade amenities and services for visitors in a time-bound manner. Accompanying her were Jammu Waqf Board Administrator Abid Hussain (JKAS), Executive Engineer Sardar Mohammad, Junior Engineer Asif Nawaz, Field Inspector Shakeel Ahmed, Officer in Charge of Ziarats Mohd Yaqoob Shah, and other field officials.
