In order to conduct a comprehensive security review of the ongoing anti-terrorist operations and to oversee the functioning of Intelligence network of Rajouri and Poonch Districts, an Intelligence and Security review conference was chaired by DIG RP Range Dr. Mohd. Haseeb Mughal, IPS at Conference Hall, DPL Rajouri.

Shafiq, JKPS, DySP DAR Poonch, Sh. Aijaz Ahmad, DySP PC Poonch, Sh.Sheezan Bhatt, JKPS, SDPO Mendhar, Sh. Zafar Nawaz, JKPS, SDPO Manjakote , Sh. Imtiyaz Ahmad, JKPS, SDPO Thanamandi, Sh. Tussif Ahmad, JKPS, SDPO Nowshera, Sh. Mudassir Choudhary, JKPS, DySP Hqrs Rajouri, Sh. Shivender Singh, JKPS, DySP PC and Rajouri Sh. Parupkar Singh, JKPS, DySP DAR Rajouri.
Issues related to internal security, terrorism, upcoming Muharram, Independence Day, Shri Buddha Amarnathji Yatra, NHW deployment, review of VDGs, Guards and PSOs were discussed threadbare in the meeting.
The officers briefed DIG RP Range about their field Intelligence grid, security deployments and steps being taken by them to eradicate terror networks in their area of responsibility.
DIG RP Range stressed upon the officers put in sincere efforts towards eliminating the terror network by adopting innovative Intelligence collection/analysis mechanisms besides human contacts.
It was enjoined upon all the officers to maintain utmost level of alertness and operational readiness to meet any challenge/eventuality and to ensure peaceful conduct of all upcoming events.
