Srinagar, Aug 03: The Chief Education Officer (CEO), Doda has instructed all District Drawing Officers (DDOs) to refrain from releasing salaries for any employees without proper verification from the JKSED Portal and the Biometric Attendance Portal.Mohammad Hafiz, the Chief Education Officer of Doda, informed Rising Kashmir that all DDOs in District Doda have been directed that no employee’s salary shall be processed without proper verification from the JKSED Portal and the Biometric Attendance Portal.”Incase an employee is found to be working in another school, district, department, or office, their salary will only be processed upon receipt of a valid Duty Slip, accompanied by a printout of the Biometric Attendance or the JKSED Portal attendance sheet, which must be duly counter-signed by the Head of the relevant Office,” he said.The CEO Doda said that in situations where an employee is working outside District Doda, the Duty Slip must also be counter-signed by the Chief Education Officer of the respective district.”Any deviation from these instructions will be taken seriously, and the responsible DDO will be held accountable for any unauthorized salary disbursement,” he added.
