As the winter chill continues to grip the picturesque valley of Bhaderwah, preparations are in full swing for the upcoming snow festival.
In this regard, DDC Chairman Dhananter Singh Kotwal, Deputy Commissioner Doda Harvinder Singh and ADC Bhaderwah Dilmir Choudhary on Thursday conducted a thorough inspection of the Jae Road and assessed the availability of essential services/ facilities.
With a keen eye on safety, the team assessed status of the road, focusing particularly on the challenge of slippery conditions amid the snow season.
Measures to ensure smooth and safe passage for festival attendees were discussed, including snow clearance initiatives.
During the inspection, the visiting dignitaries took the opportunity to engage with the local community at Chinchora and adjoining villages. This direct interaction allowed them to address many public issues and gather valuable feedback from residents regarding the festival arrangements.
The excitement is palpable as the region gears up to welcome visitors for the celebration of winter’s beauty and cultural richness during the snow festival in Bhaderwah.
