DC Samba reviews preparations for Ratkhada Mela at Narsingh Temple, Ghagwal

Sabmba, Dec 12: Deputy Commissioner Samba, Rajesh Sharma Thursday chaired a review meeting to assess preparations for the upcoming Ratkhada Mela at Narsingh Temple, Ghagwal.
During the meeting, DC Samba directed all concerned departments to ensure proper coordination and timely execution of arrangements. Key areas of focus included security, sanitation, traffic management, and the provision of public amenities to facilitate a hassle-free experience for devotees and visitors. He emphasized the importance of maintaining law and order, cleanliness, and smooth vehicular movement during the Mela, which is expected to attract a significant number of attendees.
Additionally, arrangements for public amenities such as drinking water, mobile toilets, and medical facilities were discussed to ensure visitors’ convenience.
DC Samba stressed the need for seamless interdepartmental coordination to make the Mela a safe and successful event.
The meeting was attended by ADC Samba, ACR Samba, SDM Ghagwal, CMO besides other senior district officers from the line departments.
