Srinagar, May 07 : Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday held a productive discussion with Professor Khurshid Andrabi, noted academician and former Vice-Chancellor of Kashmir University, focusing on the evolving landscape of higher education in Jammu and Kashmir.
