Doda, May 03: In a thrilling match at GDC Ground Bhaderwah, Fearless
Knight Doda showcased their dominance as they crushed Rising Star
Bhaderwah by 4 wickets in the ongoing Chenab Valley Bash T20 Cricket
Tournament. The encounter witnessed remarkable performances from
both teams, ultimately culminating in a resounding victory for Fearless
Knight Doda.
Rising Star Bhaderwah, after winning the toss, opted to bat first and set
a challenging target of 103 runs in 18 overs. Despite their efforts, they
struggled to maintain momentum against the formidable bowling attack
of Fearless Knight Doda. Abid Batt, Shazan Ganai, and others
contributed with the bat, but failed to post a formidable total.
Fearless Knight Doda's bowlers delivered an exceptional performance,
restricting Rising Star Bhaderwah to 103 runs. Harjot Singh, Vikas
(Captain), Arvinder Sharma, Shakeel Ahmed, Salman Sheikh, and
Sandeep Kumar exhibited excellent bowling skills, dismantling the
opposition's batting lineup.
Chasing the target, Fearless Knight Doda displayed exemplary batting
prowess, with Shakeel Mir leading the charge with a splendid knock of
45 runs off 34 balls. Supported by Anir Batt, Ajay Katoch, and others,
Fearless Knight Doda successfully chased down the target in just 13
overs, securing their first win in the tournament.
Shakeel Mir's outstanding all-round performance earned him the well-
deserved Man of the Match award, further highlighting Fearless Knight
Doda's dominance in the game.
Expressing their joy after the victory, the Fearless Knight Doda team
vowed to maintain their stellar performance throughout the tournament.
They celebrated their triumph with a small party at a local Fast Food
Restaurant in Bhaderwah.
The Chenab Valley Bash T20 Cricket Tournament, organized by Nasir K
Shah, has garnered significant attention, with 32 teams participating in
the event. With a prize of Rs. 50,000 at stake, the tournament aims to
provide a platform for youth to showcase their talents and promote a

healthy lifestyle, emphasizing the importance of sports over harmful
activities like drug abuse.
