Liyaqat Ali, younger brother of Chairman Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) Ghulam Nabi Azad died of cardiac arrest early morning on Tuesday.

In a statement issued here, DPAP said, “we extend our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and stand in solidarity with our leader Azad sahab in this hour of grief.May Almighty Allah bestow his choicest blessings on the departed soul.”
