CBSE results’: Valley students pass CBSE grade 10,  12  exams with flying colours

Srinagar, May 12: After the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the results for the 10th and 12th classes, the students from the Kashmir Valley have also shined and qualified the exams with flying colours.
Of the total students who appeared for the CBSE Class 10 board exams this year, 93.12 percent have passed. The overall pass percentage in Class 10 results this year is 93.12.
The results of the class 12th final examinations showed an overall passing percentage of 87.33.
In  Delhi Public School, Srinagar, 309 students from the  class 10th had appeared in the exams  of which all the students have qualified the examinations with good marks.
Amber Simnani, a 10th grade student from the Delhi Public School Srinagar, has secured 492 marks out of 500, which is 98.4 percent. 250 students from the DPS Srinagar have also scored distinction  in the CBSE 10th grade exams.
In  12th grade examinations, 304 students from the DPS Srinagar appeared and all students have qualified the exams with 193 students scoring distinction.
In the arts subjects, Madhia Tariq got  98.2 percent. Tanavush Fatima from the science stream got 95.4 percent, and AshifAliyas from the commerce stream got 95.8 percent of the marks in the 12th grade CBSE exams.
In  J&K Sainik School, Manasbal, in  10th class, 59 students had appeared in the exams of which all the students have been declared successful.  Out of 59 students, 44 have received distinction  and 15 have received the first division in the 10th grade CBSE exams.
Irshad Ahmad Bati, a 10th grade student from the Sainik school Manasbal has secured 484 marks out of the 500, which is 96.8 percent.
In the 12th grade,  47 students from the Sainik school have appeared and qualified the exams in medical and non-medical subjects.
Out of the 47 students, 17 have earned distinction , and 30 have passed the exams with first division. In which Abid Ramzan got 457 marks, that is  91.4%.
In  Delhi Public School, Budgam, 201 students from the 10th class have appeared and qualified  the exams. The school has gained 100 percent of the results in exams.
Malik Huzaifa Younis Shah and ToiyebAshiq got 98 percent of the marks, and Qamar-un-Nisa got 96.4 percent in the 10th class exams from the DPS Budgam.
In the 12th grade, 160 students from the DPS Budgam have  appeared in the exams in which all the students have been successful in qualifying the exams.
One of the students from DPS Budgam has got 96.4 percent of marks, and the other has got 96 percent of marks in science stream. In  arts subjects, one student has scored 94 percent of the marks.
Congratulating the students,Vijay Dhar, Chairman of the Delhi Public School, Srinagar said, “Congratulations to our students, our teachers, and our supporting staff for making DPS Srinagar proud again by achieving 100 percent of the results in the Classes 10and 12.
