In response to the assertions made by Apni Party Chief Altaf Bukhari, the Democratic Progressive Azad Party spokesperson, Waseem Yaqoob strongly lashed out at disingenuous individuals like Apni party chief who tried to shift the blame onto others for his own failures.
” Mr. Bukhari’s accusations regarding the lack of road development in Doda are not only baseless but also an attempt to evade accountability. We would like to remind him of the commendable tenure of Ghulam Nabi Azad as Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, often hailed as the golden era of development.” Said DPAP spokesperson Waseem Yaqoob.
He further elaborated that
It is crucial not to overlook Mr. Bukhari’s role as the R&B Minister in the PDP/BJP coalition Government in 2015. The very department responsible for roads and infrastructure development witnessed lapses under his leadership. Instead of pointing fingers at our leader, Mr. Ghulam Nazi Azad, Mr. Bukhari should introspect on his own shortcomings and utter failures during his tenure.
Furthermore, it is ironic that Mr. Bukhari, who founded a party in the aftermath of Article 370’s abrogation, now seeks to critique others. His own record as a minister during a critical period calls into question his ability to deliver on promises.
The Democratic Progressive Azad Party urges Mr. Bukhari to refrain from such misleading tactics and focus on constructive efforts for the betterment of the region, said the press note.
