One day awareness programme organized by Civil Defence, Jammu

Jammu Jun04: One day awareness programme was held at NCC camp Nagrota, which was organized by Civil Defence, Jammu under the supervision of Dy. Controller Civil Defence Jammu.
Awareness about the basic knowledge of First Aid, Firefighting especially on drug addictions. They were also made aware of all possible ways to avoid heatstroke during summer season. The main aim of the awareness programme was to educate students with regard to preventive measures during disaster.
The programme was organized in the premises of the NCC Camp, Nagrota where 500 NCC cadets/ staff have participated. Col.M. K Sharma 2nd J&K (I) Company NCC Bhadarwah appreciated the role of Civil Defence organization and thanked the Civil Defence team for organizing such important awareness-cum-demonstration programme.
