The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) on Monday announced the change in school timing for Kashmir division with effect from April-12.
According to a circular issued by DSEK, “It is hereby ordered that new school timings for both Government and Recognized Private Schools in the Kashmir Division, with effect from April 12.”
It reads that the timing for the schools falling under Srinagar municipal limits would be 9 Am to 3 Pm.
It also said that the timing for the schools outside the Srinagar municipal limits and other districts of Kashmir division shall be from 10 Am to 4 Pm.
