A-Division Football League 2022: Al Rasheed FC, North End FC register victories

Srinagar, Oct 01: Al Rasheed Football Club and North End Football Club Saturday registered victories in the ongoing A Division Football League being played at synthetic Turf TRC Srinagar.
As per the official in the ongoing A-division Football League held at synthetic Turf TRC ground two matches were played.
The first match was played between the Al Rasheed FC and the Young DownTown. Both teams exhibited good quality football Al Rasheed F. C dominated the match from the word go and scored two goals. Halftime score was 2.0.
In the second half young downtown tried to equalise but failed to do so. It was Al Rasheed once again who confirmed their victory by scoring 2 more goals. At the end Al Rasheed football club won the match by 4-0.
The second match was played between North End FC and Sporting Khonmoh F. C. Both teams played excellent football. It was Amir of Sporting Khonmoh who found the net in the 11th minute of first half. North End F. C tried hard for the equalizer and succeeded in the 27th minute through Zahid. First half ended with a 1-1 score.
However, in the second half of the game, both teams played excellent football which was witnessed by a huge gathering.
Hayat of North End FC, found the net in the 40th minute for his team. Sporting Khonmoh tried hard for the equalizer. At the end of the second half, it was North End F. C who won the match by 2-1.
The tournament is being organised by District Football Association, Srinagar.
